Introduction:

Vibratory Spiral Elevators are vertical conveyors that convey granular products & dry powders vertically upwards within process lines. The said equipment could be used for different purposes such as simple conveying, cooling of products prior to packaging or areas wherein the material is delicate. Available in Mild Steel or SS 304/316L, Sizes ⌀ 600, ⌀ 750, ⌀ 900.

How it works?

Unlike other conveyors which require chains, belts, pulleys, bearings or cables. The Vibratory Spiral Elevator only requires two Vibrator Motors to aid the flow of materials gently upwards. The material is conveyed based on the frequency & amplitude of vibration, the angle of impact & trough inclination.
