The magnetic rods consist of stainless steel tubes and strong NdFeB magnets. They can effectively remove ferrous chips and metal particles from free flowing & sticky materials.

Technical data

• The standard diameter we supply is D20, D23, D25, D27 etc. The size length will vary at your request.
• Magnetic Rods are usually made of seamed or seamless 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.
• Usual maximum working temperature is 80℃.
• By using different grade rare earth magnets, different magnetic strength are available to meet every customer's requirement, the highest magnetic strength of Diameter 27mm tubes can achieve 12,000Gauss(1.2T).

These Magnetic Pulley are widely used to remove tramp iron mixed with the material moving on a conveyor belt.

Applications:

• The permanent magnetic pulley is dual-purpose equipment used for protection of crusher Jaws or other machinery and also for purification and concentration of magnetic material from the mines
• It has the widest application in food, chemical, ceramic, paper, coal handling, foundry operation and mining industry

Construction:

• The magnetism in a Permanent magnetic pulley is produced by internal assembly of magnets enclosed in non magnetic stainless Steel shell
• The steel Shaft is extended on both sides
• One side is provided with Keyway
• The Pulleys have a face width of 50 to 100 mm more than the belt width
• The magnetic strength of magnetic pulley depends on the diameter and also quality of magnets used
• Pulleys with Rare Earth Magnets can handle depths upto 300 mm

Selection:

• Magnetic Pulley width is determined by the width of conveyor belt to be used
• Diameter depends on, depth of material and speed of the conveyor
• It can be designed to suit customer’s application

Magnetic Hump is used for removing tramp iron mixed with powder flowing down the vertical pipe. Magnet consists of two Super Power Rare Earth Magnetic Plates hinged on the zigzag path as shown. The hinged magnetic plate can be opened and cleaned easily.

Applications:

• Rare Earth Magnetic Humps are used to remove weak Magnetic and fine iron contamination
• The magnetic power of the plate can be kept from medium to high power (12000 gauss) depending on the application
• The hump is designed for easy installation in, Ducts, Feed Tables, and also can be at discharge of screens, conveyors etc
